After running around all morning after both the husband and my five month old baby girl Eva Rose, to be greeted by a warm smile from Clare at Health Spa, immediatlely made me feel at home.

I was taken into one of their beauty rooms. Ragdale Hall, Champneys, not quite the same interiors, but the professionalism & friendliness far outweigh the dry skin on my much used feet over the last 5 months. Tight shoulder muscles were soon left feeling human again. Whilst having my massage (which was amazing), I realised that saving this treat for a Spa once or twice a year seemed a habbit I must break, with such friendly, proffessional people on hand at the Health Spa.

My thoughts were even turned away from my wish list of 'crème de la mere' to their products Dermalogica for which appropriate samples were given.
